O&M Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations & Maintenance activities for solar PV and BESS projects throughout France
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments, contractual KPIs, and availability guarantees
• Coordinate all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance
• Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for optimization to maximize uptime
• Lead and support local field service engineers and subcontractors
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers, investors, and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of O&M management experience within the renewable energy sector
• Strong experience with utility-scale solar PV projects; BESS experience is highly valued
• Good understanding of SCADA systems, monitoring platforms, and grid connection requirements
• Ability to manage international operations and lead remote teams
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and operational compliance standards
