NVH Lab Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily assignments, schedules, and workflows for a team of 30 employees to ensure maximum productivity
• Track, prioritize, and handle work order management from inception to completion
• Partner closely with the facilities group to schedule and ensure timely maintenance and equipment repairs
• Oversee all inbound and outbound shipping and receiving activities to keep inventory and materials moving smoothly
• Serve as the primary, first-line point of contact for all business partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain a safe and efficient shop floor by strictly following and enforcing 5S principles

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in a shop, manufacturing, or industrial environment
• Demonstrated success in managing work orders and coordinating personnel assignments
• Familiarity with standard shipping and receiving procedures
• Knowledge of general facility maintenance and repair processes
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma, A levels, GED, or GCSE
