NVH Engineer II - Quality

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing processes and assess product quality to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications
• Interpret engineering prints and utilize measurement tools including GD&T
• Apply quality tools, problem-solving, and lean manufacturing techniques to support continuous improvement and root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality standards, risk analysis, product audits, and corrective actions
• Provide guidance to manufacturing personnel on the proper application of quality systems and tools
• Initiate and ensure the proper conformity of engineering changes to quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3-4 years of progressive related experience (internships and co-op experience included)
• Background in NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) and/or functional testing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of engineering design principles and engineering change systems
• Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams and management
