Nutritionist

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement food service or nutrition programs to promote health and disease control
• Conduct initial and regular nutritional assessments of inpatients to determine status and education needs
• Analyze patient assessment data to prioritize needs and monitor diet therapy plan implementation
• Provide nutritional and dietary counseling to inpatients, outpatients, MCU, and HD
• Collaborate with catering services to develop standard recipes and hospital food menus
• Develop liquid food formulas for patients using feeding tubes
• Conduct audits of food procurement, preparation, storage, and distribution to ensure safety standards
• Monitor food quality and patient nutritional intake
• Maintain complete documentation of treatments and patient visit statistics
• Collect data and prepare reports related to operational activities

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) Degree in Nutrition
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in nutrition services
• Clinical experience in nutrition, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
• In-depth knowledge of clinical nutrition and dietary management
• Strong skills in assessing nutritional needs and developing care plans
