Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive role model for team members by exhibiting excellent customer service and teamwork.
- Direct the team to ensure all work duties are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all health and safety practices are strictly followed within the culinary kitchen.
- Oversee adherence to recipes, proper product rotation, and correct dating of food items.
- Maintain compliance with all departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
- Act as the primary decision-maker for the Culinary Kitchen in the absence of the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- GED or High School diploma preferred.
