Nutrition Services Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model for team members by exhibiting excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Direct the team to ensure all work duties are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all health and safety practices are strictly followed within the culinary kitchen.
• Oversee adherence to recipes, proper product rotation, and correct dating of food items.
• Maintain compliance with all departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for the Culinary Kitchen in the absence of the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• GED or High School diploma preferred.
