Nutrition Services Driver

Responsibilities

• Pack meals in bins by route, matching them to the Transport Sheet including restricted diet components and milk substitutions
• Transport hot and cold items correctly in assigned bins with lids closed
• Unload at sites, documenting temperature and placing cold items in refrigerators
• Prepare required reports and maintain daily production worksheets
• Clean equipment, supplies, and facility to ensure safe and sanitary conditions
• Maintain vehicle safety through inspections, gas checks, and cleanliness
• Implement safe work practices in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of children, families, and staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience in commercial or industrial delivery driving
• Valid California Driver License with ability to operate agency vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass a health screening and TB test
• Must pass background fingerprint clearance
