About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the nursing team and promote collaboration
- Responsible for duty and vacation planning
- Coordinate patient pathways and interfaces with OR and outpatient areas
- Implement quality standards and hygiene/documentation requirements
- Conduct employee appraisals and manage onboarding/training
Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (Pflegefachkraft)
- Ideally previous leadership experience
- Qualification for ward management or willingness to complete a leadership course
- High social competence, teamwork, and empathy
- Flexibility and initiative
