Responsibilities

• Take on independent and responsible activities in cooperation with general management
• Coordinate, organize, control, and optimize work processes
• Cooperate with other professional groups and promote interdisciplinary collaboration
• Help shape personnel promotion and development
• Ensure the implementation of company and clinic goals and nursing quality targets

Requirements

• Vocational training in health and nursing care
• Leadership experience or interest in leading a team
• Further training in middle management or interest in completing it
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to establishing nursing processes
• Ability to work across professional boundaries and interfaces
• Interest in implementing department-relevant and clinic-wide projects
