Nursing Summer Student

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Inviva Coordination Centre and Operations team
• Collect, sort, and fax documentation for Patient Care Representatives and stakeholders
• Organize and sort patient files for offsite storage
• Maintain accurate traditional and electronic filing systems
• Provide phone support for the coordination centre team
• Collaborate with Head Office employees to organize patient information
• Research and complete special projects as assigned
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area in compliance with Health and Safety policies

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing program
• 0-1 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative and clerical support
