Nursing Specialist/Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks such as telephone calls for occupancy management
• Prepare medical letters
• Conduct needs assessments and implement preventive and health-promoting measures
• Advise, instruct, and support patients in maintaining independent living and daily competencies
• Train and advise patients and relatives on non-pharmacological pain management strategies
• Support the planning and adherence to therapy plans
• Maintain, promote, and activate individual patient competencies
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Completed 3-year vocational training as a certified Medical Assistant (MFA)
• Patient-oriented way of thinking and working
• Professional and social competence
• Further training as a Pain Expert in Nursing/Pain Nurse is desirable
• High level of responsibility, flexibility, and commitment
• Initiative and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
