Nursing Specialist with Academic Qualification

Responsibilities

• Nursing and care of assigned patients
• Monitoring and developing nursing quality in your area
• Participation in projects and implementation of results into practice
• Development, adaptation, and evaluation of guidelines, nursing standards, and procedures
• Advising and instructing colleagues, trainees, patients, and relatives
• Selection, preparation, and execution of internal team training
• Collaboration with other wards and professional groups

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger)
• Completed or ongoing nursing-related degree at Bachelor level (e.g., Nursing Dual, Nursing Science) from the 5th semester onwards
• Professional experience in nursing
• Willingness for professional development
