Responsibilities

• Plan surgical nursing care
• Ensure structured documentation and continuous evaluation of nursing goals
• Organize admission and discharge processes including handovers

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann) or health and nursing professional
• Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork
• Ability to work under pressure and high empathy
• Communicative and social skills
