Responsibilities

• Assessment and determination of individual nursing needs and planning of care
• Organization, design, and management of the entire nursing process
• Analysis, evaluation, assurance, and development of nursing quality
• Implementation of preventive and health-promoting measures
• Maintenance, restoration, promotion, activation, and stabilization of individual abilities
• Care and support of ill and care-dependent people of all age groups
• Independent implementation of medically ordered measures, including diagnostics, therapy, or rehabilitation

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife)
• Desire to undergo training in a hospital environment
• Willingness to work with people and contribute diverse competencies
