Nursing Specialist (Pflegefachkraft)

Responsibilities

• Support various hospital stations and specialist departments flexibly
• Perform general and specialized nursing activities safely
• Organize admission and discharge processes including handovers
• Advise patients and relatives in a practical manner
• Ensure quality through professional documentation and interdisciplinary work

Requirements

• Trained nursing specialist (e.g., Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Pflegefachfrau/mann)
• Willingness to work in different specialist departments
• Reliable, patient-oriented, and professionally competent approach
• Appreciation for flexible assignments within a nursing pool
• Clear communication skills and team-oriented mindset
