Nursing Specialist or Medical Assistant

About the Company

In our cardiology department, we treat patients using modern methods of cardiac diagnostics and therapy. The cardiac catheterization laboratory is equipped with the latest technology, enabling both diagnostic and interventional procedures. In the field of rhythmology, we perform electrophysiological examinations, ablations, and the implantation of pacemakers and defibrillators.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab
• Participate in electrophysiological examinations and device implantations
• Care for patients before, during, and after examinations
• Prepare, operate, and clean up medical-technical devices
• Perform documentation and administrative tasks related to patient care

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger) or Medical Assistant (MFA)
• Ideally professional experience in cardiology or interest in training in invasive cardiology and rhythmology
• Technical understanding and interest in modern medical devices
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and empathy when dealing with patients
• Willingness to participate in on-call services
