Nursing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive nursing care and support for patients during day and night shifts
• Independent planning and implementation of basic and treatment care including documentation
• Professional execution and documentation of pre- and postoperative patient care
• Cooperative collaboration with operating rooms, surgeons, anesthesia, and recovery rooms
• Preparation and aftercare of patients for diagnostic measures
• Proper handling, preparation, care, and control of medical-technical devices and instruments
• Accompanying and preparing medical rounds
• General ward activities and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (Pflegefachfrau/-mann) or health and pediatric nurse
• Several years of professional experience
• Patient-oriented way of thinking and working
• High level of responsibility, flexibility, and commitment
• Initiative, teamwork skills, and a friendly demeanor
• Willingness and interest in further training and professional development
