Nursing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan holistic nursing care in basic and treatment care
• Foster patient orientation and participation through validating and de-escalating techniques
• Manage medication by implementing medical orders and monitoring effects/side effects
• Ensure structured documentation of nursing goals and evaluate measures
• Cooperate closely with doctors, therapists, social services, and relatives

Requirements

• Trained nursing professional (e.g., Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger)
• Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented work style
• Empathic communication and enjoyment of direct patient contact
• Willingness to work in shifts and provide flexible coverage
• Desire for professional development
