Nursing Specialist - Internal Medicine Elective Station

Responsibilities

• Plan nursing care for internal medicine elective service patients with a holistic and service-oriented approach
• Manage admission, transfer, and discharge processes including elective service formalities
• Coordinate diagnostic processes and rounds with physicians, functional areas, and service departments
• Ensure digital documentation while adhering to quality and hygiene standards
• Provide discrete, attentive care and implement individual patient wishes

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional, nursing specialist, or geriatric nurse
• Reliable, independent, flexible, and committed work ethic
• Willingness to work in shift and rotating shift services
• Ability to work in a team and passion for the role
• Service-oriented communication skills and a professional appearance
