Nursing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan tours and coordinate assignments with the team
• Perform basic and treatment care for patients at home
• Manage medication by implementing medical orders and monitoring effects
• Advise relatives and involve them in the care process
• Maintain complete documentation and work interdisciplinary

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (Geriatric care, Nursing, or Health and Nursing)
• Professional expertise and social competence
• Team spirit, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Empathic communication skills
• Driving license class B
