Nursing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan holistic care for residents in basic and treatment care
• Foster relationships using validation and de-escalation techniques
• Manage medication by implementing medical orders and monitoring effects
• Ensure structured documentation of care goals and measures
• Cooperate with doctors, therapists, social services, and relatives

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist, health and nurse, or geriatric nurse
• Experience in gerontopsychiatric care
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Empathic and reliable approach to resident care
• Structured and self-organized working style
