Responsibilities

• Assess individual nursing needs and plan care
• Organize and manage the entire nursing process
• Analyze, evaluate, and ensure nursing quality
• Implement preventive and health-promoting measures
• Support and stabilize individual abilities, including rehabilitation concepts
• Provide care for patients of all age groups
• Perform medically ordered diagnostic, therapeutic, or rehabilitative measures
• Conduct patient consultations and professional prophylactic measures
• Initiate resuscitation measures if necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma (Abitur) or at least a secondary school certificate (mittlerer Bildungsabschluss)
• Alternatively: Secondary school certificate AND a completed at least two-year vocational training OR a completed at least one-year nursing assistant training
