Nursing Specialist Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Participate in theoretical and practical instruction (2,100 hours) in cooperation with the Catholic School for Nursing Professions in Essen
• Complete practical training (2,500 hours) across various care settings
• Provide professional nursing care and support to elderly residents

Requirements

• At least a general education school leaving certificate
• Empathy and joy in working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, and willingness to work in shifts
• Physical and mental resilience
• Ability to adhere to hygiene and documentation standards
• Teamwork skills and openness to feedback
