Nursing Professional - Outpatient Service

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate tours within the catchment area
• Provide basic and medical care to patients at home
• Administer medications according to medical orders
• Advise and support relatives to promote patient independence
• Maintain complete documentation and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Completed nursing training
• Initial experience in outpatient care
• Passion for working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Empathetic, responsible, and reliable approach
• Structured, independent working style and clear communication skills
