Responsibilities

• Lead courses and manage learning processes
• Plan, implement, and evaluate learning situations and teaching units
• Actively implement theoretical and practical training
• Plan, organize, and conduct examinations
• Coordinate training locations and perform close practical supervision

Requirements

• Degree in nursing pedagogy, medical pedagogy, or a comparable qualification
• Professional, generalist understanding of nursing
• High level of professional and social competence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for working with young people
