Responsibilities

• Support the educational center in securing long-term personnel needs
• Balance professional nursing duties with academic studies in nursing pedagogy, vocational pedagogy, or medical pedagogy
• Participate in practical training and educational processes within the hospital

Requirements

• Completed 3-year training in a nursing profession
• 2 years of professional nursing experience
• Higher education entrance qualification (Fachabitur or Allgemeine Hochschulreife)
• German language proficiency at C1 level (if not a native speaker)
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and motivation for teaching
• Ability to manage the dual workload of studying and working
