Nursing or Vocational Educator

Responsibilities

• Support the training of young people to become nursing specialists and healthcare assistants
• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate creative theoretical and practical lessons
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on learning objective controls and examinations
• Act as a course instructor and practical mentor to guide trainees individually
• Participate in school development projects and professional exchanges

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a nurse, geriatric nurse, or pediatric nurse
• Degree in nursing education or vocational pedagogy (Bachelor or Master)
• Previous experience in teaching, course management, or practical guidance
• Empathic, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• High sense of responsibility and positive attitude toward trainees
