Nursing Manager Intensive Care Unit

Responsibilities

• Handle organizational and administrative tasks, including staff duty scheduling
• Act as the central contact person for patients, relatives, and staff across all professional groups
• Organize, coordinate, and optimize nursing processes within a multiprofessional context
• Ensure high quality of care on the intensive care unit in collaboration with colleagues
• Support and accompany projects using professional expertise
• Contribute to the further development of intensive care nursing content

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann or Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin/pfleger)
• Completed specialist training in intensive care and anesthesia
• Initial leadership experience or interest in leading a team
• Completed training for ward management or willingness to complete it
• Readiness for interdisciplinary and constructive cooperation
• High social competence in dealing with employees, patients, and relatives
• Ability to be critical, motivating, assertive, and communicative
