About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide regular individual and group clinical supervision to qualified behavioral health staff
- Ensure all clinical documentation meets Medicaid, state, agency, and professional ethical standards
- Mentor and support staff development through ongoing training and performance feedback
- Guide the team in delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered clinical interventions
- Conduct case consultations, support risk assessments, and assist with crisis intervention
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of TBS group programming
- Collaborate with nursing facility staff and interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide direct clinical services including assessments and treatment planning
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Ohio licensure as an LPCC-S or LISW-S (LICDC-S-CS considered)
- Minimum of 2 years of post-independently licensed clinical experience with supervisory designation
- Experience delivering Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) or Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP)
- Background working with geriatric populations or medically complex individuals in long-term care
- Understanding of Medicaid billing and documentation compliance
- Reliable transportation for travel between multiple partner facilities in the Cleveland area
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility environments
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Certification or specialized training in trauma-informed care
