About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular individual and group clinical supervision to behavioral health staff including LPCs, LSWs, QMHS, and CDCAs
  • Ensure all clinical documentation meets Medicaid, state, agency, and professional standards
  • Mentor and support staff development through ongoing training and performance feedback
  • Guide the team in implementing evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions
  • Oversee the implementation and delivery of TBS group programming
  • Collaborate with nursing facility staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated service delivery
  • Provide direct clinical services including assessments, treatment planning, and group facilitation
  • Offer consultation to facility staff regarding resident engagement and mental health needs

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Ohio licensure as an LPCC-S, LISW-S, or LICDC-CS
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-independently licensed clinical experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), IOP, or similar group programming
  • Strong background working with geriatric populations or medically complex individuals
  • Solid understanding of Medicaid billing and documentation compliance
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for travel across partner facilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Certification or training in trauma-informed care
  • LSW or LISW licensure
