Responsibilities

• Prepare the next generation of nurses by providing instruction in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings
• Implement approved curriculum based on the mission and philosophy of the Department of Nursing
• Utilize innovative teaching methods across various modalities, including online and face-to-face instruction
• Participate in program evaluation and continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Iowa
• Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching
• Experience in scholarship and academia
