Nursing Faculty Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach across entry-level and advanced-level nursing programs
• Focus on competency development within a clinical laboratory environment
• Oversee clinical faculty and preceptors in the laboratory setting
• Mentor diverse students using both online and in-person teaching modalities
• Develop nursing curricula and participate in accreditation-related processes
• Engage in university service and departmental activities

Requirements

• Earned Master's degree in nursing
• Unencumbered current New Jersey registered nurse license
• Clinical and/or didactic teaching experience
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous university-level teaching experience
