Nursing Educator/Vocational Educator (m/f/d) as School Manager

Responsibilities

• Pedagogical and organizational management of the nursing school
• Planning and organizing lessons and participating in operational qualification
• Further development of the internal curriculum including digital teaching concepts
• Strategic development of training offers and new qualification formats
• Quality assurance and responsibility for AZAV certification
• Personnel leadership and development of the teaching staff and administration
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of theoretical instruction
• Lecturer acquisition, deployment, and billing
• Acquisition of cooperation partners and trainees
• Responsibility for public relations and representation in specialist committees
• Ensuring compliance with supervisory authorities

Requirements

• State-recognized qualification in a nursing profession (e.g., healthcare and nurse, pediatric nurse, or geriatric nurse)
• Completed Master's degree in nursing education, vocational education in healthcare, medical pedagogy, or comparable
• Several years of pedagogical professional experience
• Proven teaching and leadership experience at a state-recognized health or nursing school
• Demonstrable leadership competence in an educational context
• High level of organizational strength, self-management, and team orientation
• Passion for training young people in nursing professions
