Nursing Educator/Vocational Educator (Deputy School Management)

Responsibilities

• Support the school management in pedagogical and organizational leadership
• Plan and conduct lessons in person and digitally within generalist nursing training
• Contribute to the development of the internal curriculum using digital teaching concepts
• Support personnel leadership and development of the teaching staff
• Assist in lecturer acquisition, deployment, and billing
• Participate in the strategic development of training offerings and professional committees

Requirements

• State-recognized qualification in a nursing profession (e.g., healthcare and nursing)
• Completed Master's degree in nursing pedagogy, vocational pedagogy in healthcare, or equivalent
• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in teaching at a nursing school
• Demonstrable leadership competence in an educational context is desirable
• High level of organizational strength, self-management, and team orientation
