Nursing Educator/Vocational Educator

Responsibilities

• Co-design school processes in collaboration with the educator team and the management of the ARTEMED AKADEMIE
• Plan, organize, conduct, and evaluate creative theoretical and practical lessons
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on learning objective controls and examinations
• Conduct practical training sessions and supervise students
• Design seminars and excursions
• Participate in working groups for quality assurance and school development
• Support apprentice marketing, recruitment, and public relations as requested
• Ensure close integration between theoretical and practical training

Requirements

• State-recognized qualification in a nursing profession (e.g., healthcare and nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse)
• Completed Master's degree in nursing pedagogy, vocational pedagogy in healthcare, medical pedagogy, or a comparable academic qualification
• Alternatively, a completed Bachelor's degree in pedagogy with the readiness to pursue a Master's degree
• Initial pedagogical professional experience and sound teaching/leadership experience in a state-recognized health or nursing school
• Passion for training young people in nursing professions
• Interest in digital-supported nursing pedagogy and modern teaching concepts
