About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the practical training of future nursing staff
- Actively participate in trainee concepts
- Help develop and shape training concepts and pedagogical focuses
- Provide pedagogical support within the training station
Requirements
- Completed training in nursing (e.g., Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau)
- Completed further training as a practical instructor (Praxisanleiter) or willingness to undergo this training
- Completed degree or currently studying in Nursing Pedagogy (B.A. Pflegepädagogik)
- Team player with high motivation and passion
