Nursing Educator

Responsibilities

• Guide and accompany young adults through their training using social and pedagogical competence
• Motivate learners through didactic skills and promote their ability to reflect
• Provide orientation to trainees to help them become independent and responsible nursing professionals

Requirements

• Completed training in health and nursing, pediatric nursing, or geriatric care
• Completed pedagogical degree (B.A.) in nursing pedagogy, medical pedagogy, or vocational pedagogy
• Willingness to pursue a Master's degree
• Broad professional expertise in nursing education
• Commitment to enabling self-organized learning and action-oriented teaching
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
