Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients' basic needs for hygiene, nutrition, and safety are met in a timely manner
• Provide support to nursing staff during clinical procedures such as wound care, sutures, and catheterization
• Monitor and record the general evolution of patients to adapt care to their specific needs
• Maintain and control nursing materials through regular replenishment, placement, and cleaning
• Manage patient documentation and assist in the collection of clinical data
• Ensure the clinical area is in optimal condition for new patients by coordinating with cleaning and maintenance services
• Assist with the classification and replenishment of linens and uniforms

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic nursing care
• Understanding of patient safety protocols and healthcare quality standards
• Ability to provide emotional support and orientation to patients and their families
• Experience in hospital or ambulatory settings is preferred
