Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients' basic needs for hygiene, nutrition, and safety are met in a timely manner
• Provide support to nursing staff during medical procedures such as wound care, sutures, and catheterization
• Monitor and record the general evolution of the patient to adapt care to different stages of treatment
• Maintain and control nursing materials through regular replenishment, placement, and cleaning
• Manage patient documentation and assist in the collection of clinical data
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance services to ensure care areas are in optimal condition for new patients
• Assist with the classification and replenishment of linens and uniforms
• Provide guidance and support to patients and their families during their stay

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic nursing care
• Understanding of patient safety protocols
• Commitment to healthcare quality standards
• Ability to work in a clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in hospital or ambulatory settings
