About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized, humanized, and integral care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit (UCI).
- Monitor vital signs and assist with patient positioning and hygiene.
- Support patient nutrition and basic physiological needs.
- Prepare medical materials and workspace to assist nurses and doctors during procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and asepsis of medical equipment and workspaces.
- Control and record temperatures in storage areas and refrigerators.
- Register patient incidents and monitor vital sign measurements.
- Ensure minimum stock levels of medications, instruments, and materials.
Requirements
- Experience in nursing assistance and patient care.
- Ability to monitor vital signs and assist with medical techniques.
- Knowledge of patient hygiene, nutrition, and basic care.
- Proficiency in preparing medical materials and maintaining clinical environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized course in Intensive Care Unit (UCI) care.
- Technical knowledge regarding medical apparatus and specialized nursing assistance.
