Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support nursing specialists in caring for monitoring, intensive care, and emergency patients
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and documentation of all nursing measures
• Adhere to quality and nursing standards
• Work interdisciplinary with other professional groups and departments
• Ensure patient- and relative-oriented care throughout the entire nursing process
• Perform messenger duties or collect patients from the emergency room alongside nursing specialists

Requirements

• Completed one-year training as a healthcare and nursing assistant (Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Service-oriented and open-minded attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take responsibility
• Willingness to learn and engage in self-reflection
