About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform basic care including hygiene, nutrition, and excretion support
- Promote patient mobility through positioning, transfers, and walking assistance
- Record vital signs and report changes to specialized nursing staff
- Ensure hygiene standards by preparing materials and rooms
- Support medical documentation and team coordination
Requirements
- Completed training as a Nursing Assistant (Pflegefachassistent) or Health and Nursing Assistant
- Social competence and enjoyment in working with people
- Ability to work reliably, flexibly, and with commitment
- Team-oriented communication skills
