Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide bedtime assistance to clients using available means, either alone or in a pair
• Deliver basic care following learned techniques, ensuring safety, efficiency, and comfort
• Intervene in the client's immediate environment to preserve comfort and security
• Observe changes in client activity and behavior to anticipate health or autonomy risks

Requirements

• Nursing assistant diploma or equivalent training
• 3-5 years of professional experience in home care or an institution
• Experience in the disability sector is an asset
• Strong sense of contact, observation, and discretion
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to home environments
• Ability to travel throughout the Canton of Geneva (vehicle provided)
