Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Implement basic care including personal hygiene, nutrition, and excretion
• Promote mobility by assisting with standing, repositioning, and short distances
• Accompany daily routines, meals, and activities
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness by preparing materials and rooms
• Maintain documentation of services and coordinate with the team

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing assistant (Pflegefachassistent) or nursing aide (Pflegehilfskraft)
• Passion for working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Empathic, responsible, and willing to learn
• Strong sense of cleanliness and hygiene
• Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible to work on weekends
