Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform basic care including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition support
• Measure vital signs and report changes to specialized staff
• Accompany residents in their daily routines and provide activation
• Ensure hygiene standards and prepare materials and rooms
• Maintain documentation of services provided and coordinate with the team

Requirements

• Completed training as a Nursing Assistant (Pflegefachassistenz)
• Passion for working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Empathic, responsible, and willing to learn
• Strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene
• Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible to work on weekends
