Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to operational routines based on individual needs and wishes
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, serving, cleaning, and laundry as needed
• Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts including guardians, relatives, nurses, and rehab staff
• Create a safe, stimulating, and social environment for residents

Requirements

• Nursing assistant education (at least 1350p)
• Professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen or proof of previous employment as a nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from elderly care
• Experience with delegation
