Nursing Assistant Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Participate in theoretical and practical instruction (700 hours)
• Complete practical training across various care settings (950 hours)
• Provide care in various medical and nursing service areas

Requirements

• At least a general education school leaving certificate
• Empathy and joy in working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Physical and mental resilience
• Adherence to hygiene and documentation standards
• Ability to work in a team and openness to feedback
