Nursing Assistant Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Participate in theoretical and practical training
• Complete 700 hours of theoretical instruction in cooperation with the Catholic School for Nursing Professions
• Complete 950 hours of practical training across various care settings

Requirements

• At least a general education school leaving certificate
• Empathy and joy in working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Physical and mental resilience
• Adherence to hygiene and documentation standards
• Ability to work in a team and openness to feedback
