Nursing Adjunct Faculty

Responsibilities

• Teach in clinical settings per specialty area
• Teach in the nursing skills and simulation labs
• Evaluate students in clinical and/or skills, including performance exams
• Contribute to an academic environment that seeks to advance diversity and inclusive excellence
• Attend scheduled teaching team meetings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing
• Current Minnesota RN Licensure or eligibility
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in specialty area
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a nurse educator in an academic setting
• Experience as a preceptor of students or new nursing employees
