About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain the vegetation cycle of sustainable plants within the facility
- Care for plants in vegetative states including transplanting, cutting clones, watering, and pruning
- Identify plant anomalies and growth pattern requirements
- Clean and sanitize flower rooms, benches, and irrigation systems
- Follow cultivation schedules, department work instructions, and SOPs
- Maintain safety compliance, PPE requirements, and biosecurity protocols
- Perform accurate record keeping and tool calibration
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid state ID
- Ability to obtain and maintain state cannabis industry badging (requires background check)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in environments with 85+ degree temperatures and 70% humidity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work at heights or on ladders
- Exposure to allergens including cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or relevant certifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a fast-paced environment
- Ability to utilize simple math for calculations
