Nursery Principal

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of centre operations, education, and compliance
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance reviews
• Ensure implementation and quality of the HEI curriculum
• Manage centre expenses, budgets, and sales targets
• Maintain regulatory compliance with local and national standards
• Foster strong relationships with parents and the community through engagement and marketing activities
• Act as a Safeguarding Officer and oversee health and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in early childhood education or a relevant field
• Cache level 5 qualification
• Minimum 2 years of early childhood education management experience in the UAE
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Early Childhood management
• Knowledge of Finnish or Scandinavian curriculum
